The Role: Video Producer & Editor

We’re hiring a Video Producer to join our in-house studio in Rabat.

You’ll film, edit, and produce high-impact videos for brands and entrepreneurs, from fast food chains and fragrance brands to real estate developers and fintech startups.

Your work will shape how clients show up online and how our agency is remembered.

Who You Are

You’re a storyteller with taste, instinct, and hustle.

* You know how to shoot moments people feel.
* You edit fast, but never lazy.
* You can switch between a burger reel, a founder vlog, and a real estate teaser without missing a beat.
* You see content everywhere, not just in briefs.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Filming and producing content for Instagram, TikTok & YouTube
* Working in-studio and on-location (with access to drone, cameras, lights)
* Editing short-form viral content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
* Editing long-form YouTube videos (vlogs, interviews, behind-the-scenes)
* Collaborating with our creative team (copy, brand, strategy)
* Helping Madar build a signature visual style for the region

What You’ll Have Access To

* Your own editing setup (Mac)
* Cameras, drone, gimbals, lights, everything you need
* A full creative studio in Rabat
* Support from copywriters, strategists & producers
* A roadmap to grow into a senior role

What You Bring

* 2+ years of experience in video production/editing
* Ability to adapt editing style to different brands
* Fluent in Arabic and English
* Based in Rabat (or willing to relocate)
