We're hiring: Video Producer & Editor — Casablanca (Hybrid) — Full-time

Media For Prospects is a B2B video agency producing YouTube content, podcasts, and social media for coaches, consultants, and professional services firms internationally. We're building our production team in Casablanca and looking for a producer-editor who can own the craft end-to-end.

This isn't a "press record" job. You'll be the technical anchor of our Morocco team — running shoots, editing the output, and making sure every piece we deliver is the kind of work that makes our clients the authority in their niche.

What you'll actually do:

→ Operate cameras, lighting, and audio on shoots in Casablanca (studio + on-location with clients)

→ Edit long-form content: YouTube videos, podcast episodes, testimonial videos

→ Cut social repurposing: Shorts, Reels, TikToks from long-form

→ Color grade, mix audio, and finish work to a high broadcast standard

→ Manage project files and asset organization across clients

→ Collaborate directly with the founder on creative direction

Who we're looking for:

→ 2+ years operating cameras professionally (Sony, Canon, BlackMagic — we're not brand-loyal)

→ Strong Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (show us what you can do, not just what you've done)

→ Solid grasp of lighting and audio fundamentals — not just "auto everything"

→ Reliable and ship-oriented. We don't ghost clients, and we don't ghost each other.

→ Darija + English required. French is a plus.
