Role Description

We are searching for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic production team. As a Video Editor at Thep 3.14, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling and high-impact visual content for our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating videos that captivate audiences across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
* Assemble and edit raw footage into polished videos suitable for social media (Reels, TikToks), websites, and marketing campaigns.
* Incorporate graphics, motion effects, music, and sound to enhance video content, using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
* Collaborate with the creative team, including marketers and content creators, to understand project goals and bring the creative vision to life.
* Ensure all video content aligns with the client's brand identity and our agency's high-quality standards.
* Manage and organize video files and project assets from pre-production to final delivery.
* Stay current with the latest video editing techniques, software, and social media video trends.

Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
* Proficiency in video editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop.
* A strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and storytelling ability.
* Experience with editing short-form video for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok).
* Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and exporting standards.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage feedback effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with motion graphics and animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
* Familiarity with mobile editing apps like CapCut.
* Experience with color grading and sound design.
* Photography or videography skills are a plus.
