Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Veterinarian at Agafay Veterinary Practice, located in Marrakesh. The Veterinarian will be responsible for providing medical care to a variety of animals, diagnosing health problems, performing surgeries, and prescribing medications. Other day-to-day tasks will include conducting regular check-ups, advising pet owners on care and preventive health measures, and maintaining detailed patient records. Additionally, the role involves working closely with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality care for all patients.

Qualifications

* Experience in animal healthcare, including diagnosing and treating various animal conditions
* Proficiency in performing surgical procedures on small animals
* Ability to prescribe and administer medications
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with pet owners and staff
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining patient records
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with support staff
* Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited program
* Valid veterinary license to practice in the state of Marrakesh
* Experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital setting is a plus
