Transformation Pilot - MEA Region

General Mission/Purpose:

* Workstream: Execution and coordination of the projects focused on transforming and aligning logistics processes and network optimization

Main Activities:

* To build the deployment plan based on the masterplan for the transformation proess MEA OBL SC.
* To build the materials in order to present the deployment plan to the steakholders.
* To escalate any discrepeancy of the deployment vs to the master plans.
* To build the deliverables for each action in order to support the masterplan
* To diffuse weekly and monthly reportings with the deployment.
* Coordination of the different tasks within the transformation plan.
* Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process and strategy alignment across the supply chain
* Process Optimization: Apply advanced analytics to continually enhance the supply chain, logistics processes, and operational efficiencies.
* Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot logistics-related challenges

Working Relationships:

* OBT / ICT Teams, Purchasing, New Vehicle Launches, Finance, Operations, Network Design, Regions

Requirements:

* 2 years of experience minimum as a transformation pilot
* Master or engeneering degree in Logistics/Supply chain or Management
* English is mandatory, French, Arabic, ... are a nice to have
* Process Management
* Engineering Transport
* Logistics
* Quality Standards for Ooutbound Logistics
* MS Office
