Daxen Morocco, the official branch of DXN Holding Malaysia, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training and Events Manager to join our team in Casablanca. This role involves frequent travel across Morocco and overseas, making it perfect for someone passionate about education, events, and building strong community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage training sessions, workshops, and events

• Develop and deliver educational content for distributors and staff

• Collaborate with local leaders and international trainers

• Oversee event logistics, communication, and budgeting

• Represent the company at national and international events

• Monitor training outcomes and support continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in training and/or event management

• Strong organizational and presentation skills

• Comfortable with frequent travel within Morocco and abroad

• Background in the wellness or network marketing sector is a plus

• Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in French and English is highly preferred
