Job Summary:

OceanAir Travels is looking for a professional and enthusiastic Tour Guide fluent in both Spanish and English to provide exceptional travel experiences for guests across Morocco. The Tour Guide will be responsible for leading tours, sharing knowledge about Morocco’s history, culture, and attractions, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards throughout the journey.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage guided tours for individuals and groups across various destinations in Morocco.

• Welcome guests and provide information about tour itineraries, attractions, local customs, and cultural experiences.

• Deliver engaging and informative commentary in both Spanish and English.

• Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of guests throughout the tour.

• Coordinate with drivers, hotels, restaurants, and operational teams to ensure smooth tour execution.

• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and any issues that may arise during the tour.

• Monitor tour schedules and ensure activities are conducted according to planned itineraries.

• Handle unexpected situations and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner.

• Promote OceanAir’s service standards and maintain a positive company image at all times.

• Collect guest feedback and report operational observations to management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tour Guide, Tour Leader, or in a tourism-related role.

• Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of Moroccan history, culture, geography, and tourist attractions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage groups of different sizes and nationalities.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

• Tour Guide certification or tourism-related qualifications are preferred.
