Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Technician, located in Casablanca with the flexibility for some work from home. The Field Technician will perform on-site technical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Responsibilities include evaluating property systems, identifying issues, performing repairs, and maintaining technical documentation. The individual will collaborate with team members and clients to ensure service excellence and timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

* Technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve on-site system issues
* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
* Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and technical reports
* Willingness to adapt to a hybrid work model and work independently in the field
* Previous experience in technical fieldwork, property management, or a related role is a plus
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Casablanca as needed
