Job Description:

Eskimoz is an international group specialized in SEO, SEA, Content, Data and Paid Media, with teams in France, Spain, Italy, Germany, and Morocco. We are hiring a Technical Webmaster based in Casablanca to join our Moroccan team and work daily with the OnPage department in our sister compagny Semtrix in Germany (7 people). This role is 100% technical: you will be responsible for directly implementing SEO optimizations on client websites, independently, with no client-facing responsibilities.

Missions:

• Implement technical requests on CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Shopware, Typo3, construction kits, and proprietary systems) provided by the OnPage team in Germany.

• Carry out technical adjustments on websites: tag integration, structural changes, template modifications, plugin configuration, theme updates.

• Fix technical issues and ensure maintenance (404 errors, redirects, indexation).

• Optimize website technical performance (loading speed, mobile compatibility, security, markup integration etc.).

• Create and Optimize Landingpages / Categories etc. In regards of SEO / Conversionrate.

• Test and verify all implementations to guarantee quality and compliance.

• Document all technical interventions to facilitate follow-up by the team.

• Collaborate on a daily basis with a team of 7 colleagues based in Germany.

What we're looking for:

• You have proven experience (minimum 3–4 years) as a technical webmaster or front-end developer.

• You master at least one CMS among WordPress, Shopify, Shopware, Typo3 (ideally several). You are comfortable with HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript/PHP.

• You have previous experience with technical SEO challenges.

• You are rigorous, autonomous, quality-oriented, and able to manage technical projects end-to-end.

• You have full professional English proficiency (essential for collaboration with the German team).
