About the role


GoCo Technical Support Representative is responsible for providing technical support in English through incoming calls and Outbound calls to customers of Goco business for connectivity solutions such as Cable, DSL, Fiber Services, SureLink, LTE/Cellular Wireless, Satellite/Fixed Wireless, providing excellent customer service, solving technical problems of the account, escalating cases as necessary, as well as answering questions and/or comments..


Responsibilities:


Provide an excellent technical support service to the business clients of the account, guide them in an effective way for the solution of problems, also to satisfy the information needs on the networking services for GoCo.

Knowledge:

* Excel Basic - Desirable
* English - B2
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Technical Knowledge Level - Basic:

• Networking (Switches, Routers), VoIP

• Cable, DSL, Fiber Services, etc

VoIP technologies ie:SIP trunking, hosted PBX, EFAX,

Understanding of telephony features such as call forwarding, voice mail, auto attendant, IVR - a plus

* Technical background is a plus.

Studies & Experience:

* A third-year level or graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related career - Desirable.
* Experience in similar positions - Desirable.
