We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles—from sourcing and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires. To excel in this role, you should have experience recruiting IT professionals and possess excellent communication skills in both French and English. Ultimately, you will help us attract, hire, and retain top technical talent who drive our company’s growth and innovation.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and define recruitment needs for IT roles and plan the hiring process accordingly.
* Analyze current talent acquisition methods and develop more effective strategies to identify and attract outstanding IT candidates.
* Utilize resume parsers and candidate relationship management (CRM) software to streamline recruitment workflows.
* Set hiring goals (e.g., quarterly and annual) focused on technical roles.
* Track recruitment KPIs such as time to fill, attrition, and compliance specific to IT hiring.
* Manage all candidate communications from application to onboarding.
* Source candidates via job boards, resume databases, professional networks, referrals, and tech-specific platforms.
* Conduct interviews across different stages: phone screening, video interviews, and in-person meetings.
* Use technical skill assessment tools and tests to evaluate candidates’ IT skills.
* Maintain and improve the company’s employer brand within the IT community through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and social media.
Desired Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, information technology, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting IT professionals.
* Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
* Strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for the IT sector.
