Key Responsibilities:

* Manage small to medium telecom network capital projects (mobility and/or wireline) within scope, on time and on budget
* End-to-end accountability of project delivery (budget, milestones, material, stakeholders, escalation)
* Assess deployment plan to develop project scope statement
* Collaborate with planning, engineering, procurement, build, and operations primes to prioritize and schedule project deliverables
* Lead regular meetings with stakeholders on resolving implementation issues and variances, and develop action plans to manage changes or issues on projects
* Regular reporting and communication on project status, budget, execution and quality
* Manage and monitor execution performance
* Effectively manage change requests on projects
* Manage program financials in accordance with corporate financial policies and tools (SAP)
* Manage risk within program and escalate issues where appropriate

Must-Have Skills :

* Capacity to handle execution of multiple projects, requests and deliverables in parallel
* Experience with budget and milestones management (forecasting, mitigation and accuracy)
* Soft skills capacity (communication, leadership, collaboration, conflict avoidance, fast learner, cross functional knowledge, autonomous)

* Professional certification (PMP or other)
* ITIL certification
