We are on a mission to create millions of jobs through entrepreneurship support, digital work opportunities, and community empowerment across Africa and beyond. Now, we are looking for several Team Supervisors based in African countries to help drive these efforts forward.
Your Mission
As the Team Supervisor for our Africa-focused Job Creation Division in your country, you will lead local and regional teams working on high-impact employment initiatives. From ideation to implementation, you’ll play a vital role in unlocking talent, creating access to dignified work, and building sustainable local economies.
Key Responsibilities
* Hire and lead 50+ team members
* Lead Regional Teams: Supervise and motivate community coordinators, project leads, and field officers across multiple African countries.
* Design & Execute Programs: Implement vocational training, startup support, digital job matching, and micro-enterprise initiatives tailored to local realities.
* Empower Local Talent: Identify and support grassroots leaders and entrepreneurs to build long-term solutions to unemployment.
* Monitor Impact: Track project milestones, ensure data accuracy, and report progress to global leadership.
* Partner for Change: Collaborate with local NGOs, churches, synagogues and mosques, government agencies, and private-sector allies to scale job creation efforts.
* Champion Integrity: Uphold the HRH Princess Belle Rachel Foundation’s values, ensuring accountability, transparency, and compassion at every step.
Who You Are
* Africa-Based Leader with at least 5 years of proven experience in team management, community development, or job creation programs.
* Builder & Visionary: You see potential where others see obstacles and know how to bring ideas to life.
* Culturally Grounded: Deep understanding of African economies, labor markets, and community dynamics.
* Empathetic Communicator: Able to lead diverse teams with clarity and compassion.
* Faith-Inspired (Preferred): You resonate with the Foundation’s godly principles and/ or humanitarian purpose.
What You Bring
* Proven leadership experience in workforce development, entrepreneurship, NGO projects, or economic empowerment.
* Fluent in English; French, Arabic, or Portuguese is a strong plus.
* Experience working across multiple African nations or regions.
* Digital literacy and comfort using remote work tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace etc.).
* Willingness to travel occasionally within Africa.
