This is a full-time permanent employee position reporting to the Head of IAM. Hybrid work with 50% on-site presence.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our IT Security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and securing our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring robust identity and access management practices are in place. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services, identity management, and security protocols.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identity Management: Oversee the administration of user identities and access privileges within the Microsoft 365 environment.

• Access Control: Implement and manage access control policies, ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.

• Security Monitoring: Monitor and analyse security events and incidents related to identity and access management.

• Policy Development: Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• User Support: Provide support and guidance to users regarding access issues and security best practices.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with other systems and applications.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.

• Incident Response: Respond to and manage security incidents related to identity and access management.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IAM and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Required Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Desirable Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate

• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

• Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)

• CompTIA Security+

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management, preferably within a Microsoft 365 environment.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and security features.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
