Job Summary
As part of the Fastlane 2030 strategy, regional governance is taking a leading role in driving business performance, with the MEA region targeting more than 40% growth.
The Supply Chain Transformation Manager is responsible for driving and coordinating the regional Supply Chain transformation agenda across all functions. The role ensures that each Supply Chain entity defines, maintains, and executes a clear transformation roadmap aligned with regional priorities and global standards.
The position provides governance over transformation initiatives by structuring, consolidating, monitoring, and challenging project portfolios to ensure consistency, visibility, execution discipline, and value creation. The manager establishes and maintains a single integrated transformation roadmap that enables clear decision-making and transparent communication across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the regional Supply Chain transformation roadmap across all Supply Chain entities, including Demand, Supply, IRF, Inbound, Vehicle Logistics, and Supply Chain Projects.
- Gather, consolidate, review, and challenge transformation initiatives to ensure strategic alignment and execution consistency.
- Ensure all transformation roadmaps are aligned with regional business objectives and global Supply Chain transformation guidelines.
- Support project managers in developing robust business cases, including financial validation, KPI definition, and measurable business value.
- Coordinate project approval processes through the appropriate governance bodies (ICT Budget Committee, VCP, AI Hub, and other relevant forums).
- Partner with the New Programs team to deliver digital transformation initiatives supporting new program launches and operational evolution.
- Organize and facilitate the regional Supply Chain transformation governance, including:
- Monthly portfolio reviews at VP level.
- Quarterly transformation reviews at SVP level.
- Portfolio prioritization and monitoring.
- Risk identification and escalation management.
- Monitor project progress, identify execution risks, and ensure corrective actions are implemented where necessary.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives across the MEA region.
- Ensure transparency through consolidated reporting, governance dashboards, and executive-level communication.
Competencies and Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transformation, Project Management, or Business Excellence.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional transformation or strategic projects within an international environment.
- Experience working with governance frameworks, portfolio management, and business case development.
Languages
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- French, Arabic, Turkish, or Italian are considered strong advantages.
