Who We Are ✌️

Valeo is a global technology company developing solutions that shape the future of mobility. We work with major automotive and mobility players to deliver cleaner, safer, and smarter technologies.

We innovate constantly, but always with a practical mindset — our ideas need to survive the reality of the shopfloor, not just look impressive in presentations.

Why Join Us 🤗

Joining Valeo means becoming part of a team where you can grow, learn, and contribute to projects that have real industrial impact.

You’ll face meaningful challenges, collaborate with supportive colleagues, and develop experience that actually matters. Some days will be intense, some calmer, and yes — sometimes a machine will randomly decide to “express itself.” Welcome to industrial life.

What We Expect From You 🙃

  • An environment where improvement ideas are taken seriously.

  • Genuine opportunities to develop your skills and grow your career.

  • A culture based on trust, collaboration, and transparency.

  • Tools, training, and coaching to help you succeed. And no — we don’t expect you to know everything on day one.

Your Role as a Supply Chain PTM 👷 ♂️ 🏭

  • Manage supply chain activities for new product launches (P1/P10) and meet project milestones.

  • Participate in customer RFQs and define supply chain costs and logistics solutions.

  • Define and validate supplier logistics protocols and requirement files (S-VRF).

  • Coordinate the design and qualification of packaging for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

  • Plan transportation and warehousing concepts for regional organization assessment.

  • Align internal plant flows and equipment with the overall supply chain strategy.

  • Manage supply chain master data and Information System setup.

  • Conduct weekly progress reviews, use standardized checklists, and escalate risks to management.

  • Forecast project volumes over a 24-month horizon with the SIOP/MPS teams.

  • Act as the interface between the project team and plant production/material control.

  • Support daily ramp-up meetings (SOP) and continuous process improvement.

  • Ensure all activities adhere to quality and safety standards (ISO 14001, TS16949, V5000, etc.).

  • Monitor KPIs to minimize inventory obsolescence during new product introduction.

  • Validate order quantities and maintain accurate inventory levels in the ERP system.

What we are looking for 🫵

  • Engineering degree or Bac+5 in supply chain management.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain in the automotive industry.
