Job Description of Finance Supervisor (Moroccan Company)

岗位职责：Job Duties

1. 审核摩洛哥公司的费用报销及付款单据，确保费用支出合理合法;

Review the expense reimbursement and payment documents of the Moroccan companies to ensure that the expenses are reasonable and legitimate.

2. 负责按照摩洛哥当地法定财务报告要求记账并编制法定财务报告;

Responsible for bookkeeping and preparing statutory financial reports in accordance with Morocco statutory financial reporting requirements.

3. 负责摩洛哥公司的纳税申报（含增值税、企业所得税、预扣税等所有税种），税务合规规划，涉税事项的处理和跟进,保证摩洛哥公司税务风险可控;

Responsible for f tax declaration of the company in Morocco（Including VAT、CIT、withholding tax and other all kind of tax in Thailand）. Tax compliance planning, handling and follow-up of tax-related matters. Insure the tax risk of Moroccan companies are under control.

4. 保持与当地税务部门进行沟通，确保公司账务处理及证据文件符合摩洛哥税法要求;

Keep contact with local tax bureau about tax issues. Ensure the business process and documents conform the local tax regulation requirement.

5. 结合报关工作，整理并向税局申报进出口相关的资料，如果有退税的话及时办理;

Combined with customs declaration, sort out and declare import and export related materials to the tax bureau, and handle tax refund if any in timely manner.

6. 负责摩洛哥公司的会计文档整理，装订和保管工作;

Responsible for accounting documents sorting, binding and storage work of Moroccan companies.

7. 对公司业务进行合规性监督，规范公司日常业务流程操作方法，确保公司业务流程符合摩洛哥当地的法律法规要求

Conduct compliance supervision of the company's business, standardize the company's daily business process operation methods, and ensure that the company's business process complies with the local laws and regulations of Morocco.

8. 准时向集团总部提交各类报告

Submit all reports to group headquarters on time

9. 参与SAP系统及其他财务相关系统本地化和本地版本的上线工作

Participate in the establishment of SAP and other related system locally

任职要求：Requirements

1. 学历要求 Qualifications:

财务、会计或相关专业本科及以上学历。

Bachelor or above in finance, accounting and related major.

2. 经验要求：Experience

5年以上财务工作经验，具有制造业财务管理及税务管理经验优先。

At least 5-year working experience in manufacturing enterprise in financial sector and tax management.

3. 语言要求：Language

英文流利

Good command of English is must.

4. 技能要求：Skills

熟悉摩洛哥本地会计准则、税法，熟悉SAP系统。

Master Moroccan Accounting Standards, Tax Regulations, and SAP.

5. 较强的沟通、协调能力和分析能力。

Strong ability in communication, coordination and analyzing.
