Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Store & Sales Manager to oversee the operations of our two SHEIN items stores in Tetouan. This is a full-time position combining day-to-day store management with active sales growth responsibilities.

As our manager, you will ensure smooth store operations while implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience. You will be provided with the necessary tools to succeed.

Responsibilities:

* Manage daily store operations, including staff supervision and scheduling
* Monitor inventory, restocking, and visual merchandising
* Handle customer service and ensure high satisfaction levels
* Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and grow the business
* Coordinate with suppliers and manage incoming stock
* Track sales performance and report insights for improvement

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree or higher
* Experience in retail is preferred; knowledge of fashion and clothing is a must
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to drive results
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work 7–8 hours per day, 6 days a week
