YOUR ROLE

You will contribute to the improvement of black dot yield losses in the Finishing area.

Your mission will focus on analyzing process performance, identifying the main sources of defects and yield loss, and supporting the implementation of corrective actions to improve overall production efficiency and quality.

You will work with the engineering and production teams to:

  • Analyze the current finishing process to identify the main sources of yield loss

  • Collect and review production data to detect recurring defects and process deviations

  • Perform root cause analysis on the most critical issues affecting finishing yield

  • Propose and implement corrective actions to reduce waste, rework, and rejects

  • Track key performance indicators to measure the impact of improvement actions on overall yield

Your Skills & Experiences

  • Student preparing an Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong interest in process improvement, quality, and production optimization

  • Basic knowledge of:

  • Data collection and analysis

  • Root cause analysis tools

  • KPI tracking

  • Continuous improvement methods

  • Industrial production environments

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment

  • Good communication skills and team spirit

  • English proficiency is a plus
