WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

* You are the first person a potential customer will speak with when they call us – you must give the best first impression of Global Cyber Security Group


* You will perform a remote computer or IoT (Internet of Things) device security check using our professional toolkit to scan the device


* You will give a security and performance diagnosis and provide helpful suggestions to the potential customer


* You will convert inbound calls into loyal customers, and transfer the customer to level 2 technicians for a comprehensive service

REQUIREMENTS

* Native level of Spanish


* Availability to work shifts


* Previous experience in sales


* Excellent communication and social skills


* High level of English is a plus


* Passion for technology


* Proven ability to perform – This is a sales role; you must be able to sell. We want closers!
