Key Responsibilities
Guest Engagement & Service Excellence
* Greet and welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
* Maintain a calm, luxurious atmosphere at the spa reception and retail area.
* Guide guests through their wellness journey with care and consistency.
Sales & Revenue Focus
* Proactively upsell treatments, enhancements, and retail products.
* Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and drive revenue through effective guest engagement.
* Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and rebooking targets.
Rebooking & Relationship Building
* Encourage and secure rebooking of treatments during or after each visit.
* Develop strong guest relationships that support loyalty and repeat visits.
* Follow up with guests post-visit to ensure satisfaction and future engagement.
Administrative & Operational Support
* Handle spa bookings, confirmations, changes, and cancellations with precision.
* Ensure the reception area is always organized, presentable, and stocked with retail products.
* Collaborate closely with therapists, attendants, and management for seamless operations.
* Manage cash handling and POS transactions in line with company policy.
