À propos du rôle

Within a product team operating in a collaborative Agile/Scrum environment, you will contribute to the design, development, and evolution of strategic Data Backend platforms supporting some of Orange Business’ most critical transformation programs, including SM2.0, Vibe, NewCo, Evolve, and other key customer-facing initiatives.

In this context, your main responsibilities will include:

Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and data processing services

Contributing to the delivery of strategic business initiatives while ensuring solution quality, performance, and reliability

Developing and optimizing data processing pipelines handling large volumes of business-critical data

Participating in application modernization, technical debt reduction, and refactoring activities

Supporting cloud migration initiatives and the evolution towards modern and scalable architectures

Designing and implementing APIs and integrations with multiple internal and external systems

Analyzing and resolving production incidents, performance issues, and data consistency challenges

Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Technical Leads, and other development teams

Contributing to architecture decisions and technical roadmap definition

Participating actively in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives

Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices

Ensuring delivery commitments are met while maintaining high standards of software quality and operational excellence

À propos de vous

With a BAC+5 degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, you have at least 3 years of experience in software development and backend engineering. You are comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and have experience delivering business-critical applications with demanding performance and availability requirements.

Technical Skills

Strong development experience in Java

Experience with Scala and distributed data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark

Good knowledge of REST APIs, backend architectures, and distributed systems

Experience with OrientDB, PostgreSQL, and database performance optimization

Knowledge of data modeling, data processing, and large-scale data management

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Familiarity with cloud environments and cloud migration projects is a plus

Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus

Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting production systems

Understanding of software design patterns and development best practices
