Quality Coordinator | Automotive Manufacturing

Location : Tangier

The Opportunity

Our client, a leading international automotive manufacturer, is looking for a Quality Coordinator to support the Quality Manager in ensuring product and process quality, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining compliance with customer and automotive quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily management of the Quality Department.

• Coordinate quality activities across production.

• Manage customer complaints and non-conformities using 8D, QRQC, PDCA, and Root Cause Analysis.

• Lead corrective and preventive action plans.

• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, and customer requirements.

• Prepare and support internal, customer, and certification audits.

• Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support new product launches and process validation.

• Promote a strong quality culture across the plant.

The Ideal Candidate

• Engineering degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality within the automotive industry.

• Strong knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, 8D).

• Experience with customer quality, audits, and continuous improvement.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is an advantage.

• Fluent in French and English.

• Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and quality reporting tools.
