What you'll do:

Are you driven by operational excellence and product quality in a fast-paced industrial environment? Stellantis is looking for a Serial Life Quality Manager to play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of our vehicles throughout the production lifecycle.

This position offers the opportunity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure product robustness, and contribute directly to customer satisfaction and plant performance.

As a Serial Life Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Define and implement the quality convergence plan in line with product and industrial targets
* Build and monitor quality projections throughout the vehicle’s serial life
* Mobilize and coordinate core team stakeholders to ensure cross-functional collaboration
* Lead the resolution of production non-conformities by identifying root causes and ensuring corrective actions
* Conduct risk assessments to prevent issues and escalate when necessary
* Support modernization campaigns by ensuring robust quality validation
* Consolidate and share lessons learned to continuously improve quality standards
* Ensure a structured and high-quality transfer from project development to serial production

What you'll bring:

We are seeking a profile with strong leadership and technical abilities. The ideal candidate will have:

* A degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field
* Experience in industrial quality, project coordination, or product validation (automotive background is a plus)
* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and methodical mindset
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication skills in both French and English
* A strong sense of initiative and continuous improvement
* Familiarity with quality standards, production systems, and risk management practices
