Senior Systems Administrator

Role Purpose :

* The Senior Systems Administrator ensures the stability, security, and optimization of the organization’s IT infrastructure. The role involves managing servers, networks, and cloud environments while leading the IT support team and driving technological innovation across the company.

Key Responsibilities :

* Manage servers, storage, networks, VOIP, and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
* Ensure data protection, system security, and compliance with GDPR and local regulations.
* Administer user accounts, permissions, and access control (Active Directory, Intune).
* Plan and implement upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
* Supervise and mentor IT support staff and provide user training.
* Lead innovation projects and recommend IT improvements to management.

Profile :

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* 5–7 years’ experience in systems/network administration with leadership exposure.
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualization.
* Familiar with cybersecurity tools and cloud technologies.
* Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, Security+) preferred.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
