Role Overview
We are seeking a persuasive closer—a Senior Sales Representative who can open conversations and seal the deal. You’ll prospect wellness brands and convert them into paying clients by pitching advertising, content, and marketing offerings. This is a client-facing role for someone who loves sales, thrives on Zoom calls, and is confident presenting via screen share.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales, Prospecting & Closing
* Cold-call and DM 100–200 qualified leads/day across Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
* Run high-energy Zoom calls with screen-share presentations (camera required).
* Pitch a suite of services to wellness brands, including:
* Peer-reviewed print magazine ads
* SEO-enhanced expert write-ups
* Homepage banner placements
* Newsletter sponsorships
* Event coverage and contributor spotlights
* Performance marketing and affiliate campaigns
* Tailor pitches to each brand’s goals and close deals, not just book calls.
* CRM & Workflow Execution
* Use GoHighLevel CRM daily for tagging, pipeline updates, and automation sequences.
* Collaborate on GHL-based nurture campaigns with internal teams.
* Keep CRM pipelines clean, optimized, and aligned with outreach strategy.
* (Bonus) Automation & AI Tools
* Familiarity with Phantombuster, Zapier, or Make is a plus.
* Assist with campaign automations if needed.
Required Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in B2B, media, or advertising sales.
* Proven ability to close deals and move leads to payment.
* GoHighLevel CRM experience (workflows, tagging, pipeline management).
* Fluent spoken and written English with confident delivery.
* Comfortable on Zoom calls with camera on; strong screen-sharing presentation skills.
* Experience with cold outreach via Instagram, LinkedIn, email, etc.
* Self-managed, organized, and performance-driven.
Preferred (but Not Required)
* Experience with Zapier, Make, or Phantombuster.
* Familiarity with funnel metrics (CAC, ROAS, show rate).
* Experience managing VAs or junior SDRs.
Technical Requirements
* Laptop/desktop with at least 16GB RAM and SSD.
* High-speed internet (≥100 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up) + backup hotspot.
* UPS or backup power solution.
* Able to run Zoom HD, browser profiles, and multiple tabs without lag.
