Senior Sales Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Assist the Area Sales Manager to achieve the regional business goals.
* Identify the potential customers and establishing new business opportunities.
* Responsible for lead generation and conversion by maintaining and developing client relations.
* Reach out to clients, proactively assessing their needs and promoting company portfolio.
* Recommend the marketing tools to raise the brand awareness and position the company’s products and services to attract new and retain existing customers.
* Conduct the market analysis in relation to current and future market trends, customer needs evaluation, demand forecasting, competition, risks and identify the opportunities for company’s growth.
* Maintain excellent customer relations and keep database up to date.


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

* 3 years of experience in the Sales
* Department for the Heavy Machinery Industry (construction equipment).
* Bachelor's degree in communications,
* marketing, business administration, and related fields.
* Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and manage the dynamics of a complex organization.

Advanced English language skills (Mandatory).
