Role and Responsibilities

1. Project Planning, Delivery and Management: Responsible for creating project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget control. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and meet client expectations.
2. Internal and External Communication Coordination: Effectively communicate with internal teams (engineers, consultants) and external clients (CTOs, engineering directors, software engineers, cloud engineers) to ensure all stakeholders are aware of project goals and progress.
3. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Understand client needs in depth, discuss and confirm requirements with the CTO and technical team, and ensure the implementation plan aligns with the client’s business objectives and technical requirements.
4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression.
5. Quality Assurance and Acceptance: Monitor the quality throughout the project implementation process, ensure all deliverables meet client standards, and work with the client to conduct project acceptance, ensuring client satisfaction with the project outcomes.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: At least 5 years of project management experience in IT or software implementation, with experience serving large enterprise clients.
2. Large Project Experience: Proven track record of managing and successfully completing large-scale projects, with experience collaborating with multinational companies or large organizations.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, capable of effectively interacting with all levels of personnel, including senior management, technical teams, and external clients.
4. Leadership Ability: Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards.
5. Project Management Tools: Proficiency with Jira for project management.

Technical Skills:

1. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and DevOps. 
2. Knowledge of monitoring tools is a big plus.
3. Wide knowledge of technology.
