We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, DAX, SQL, and data integration, with the ability to transform complex data into insightful dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilitie

• sDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards

• .Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions

• .Develop and optimize data models, measures, and calculations using DAX

• .Create and manage ETL processes and data pipelines from multiple data sources

• .Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions

• .Optimize Power BI performance, including dataset refreshes, report rendering, and query execution

• .Implement security models using Row-Level Security (RLS) and data access controls

• .Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions

• .Support the migration and modernization of reporting platforms when required

• .Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior BI developers

• .Establish BI development standards, best practices, and documentation

• .Monitor and troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues

.Required Qualification

• sBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field

• .5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics

• .3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI
