Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nuxt.js Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building performant, scalable, and maintainable web applications using Nuxt.js and the Vue.js ecosystem. You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain web applications using Nuxt.js and Vue.js.
* Implement SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and static site generation features.
* Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
* Optimize application performance and SEO.
* Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into responsive interfaces.
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development.
Required Skills & Technologies:
* Nuxt.js (v2 and/or v3)
* Vue.js (v2/v3)
* JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript
* HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS
* Vuex or Pinia for state management
* Axios, Fetch API, or GraphQL
* Node.js and npm/yarn
* Experience with Git and version control workflows
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker is a plus
* Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization
* Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing (e.g., Jest, Cypress)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* Experience with headless CMSs (e.g., Strapi, Contentful, Sanity)
* Familiarity with JAMstack architecture
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
* Knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express) is a plus
