Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Media Buyer to manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of performance marketing, ROAS optimization, and GCC-based consumer behaviour—especially in the travel & activities sector.
You will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that drive conversions, sales, and high-quality traffic to Ootlah.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
* Develop paid media strategies aligned with Ootlah’s business goals (sales, acquisition, retention).
* Identify audience segments, personas, and interest clusters across GCC markets.
* Allocate budgets based on ROI, market demand, and performance trends.
2. Campaign Execution & Optimization
* Launch and manage campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Snap Ads, and others.
* Monitor daily performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
* Implement retargeting, lookalike audiences, and dynamic ads.
* Create A/B tests (creatives, audiences, placements, landing pages).
3. Creative Direction
* Work with designers to develop ad creatives (static, video, UGC style).
* Suggest creative concepts based on audience psychology and platform trends.
4. Data, Tracking & Reporting
* Ensure accurate tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, server-side tracking, UTMs).
* Analyse funnel performance and customer behaviour.
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and next steps.
5. Market Research
* Monitor competitors (e.g., Klook, GetYourGuide, local apps).
* Stay updated with industry trends, seasonality, and market demand in GCC.
* Suggest new platforms and opportunities for growth.
6. Coordination & Collaboration
* Work closely with:
* Marketing Manager
* Acquisition team
* Content & creative team
* Tech team (for tracking, pixels, landing pages)
RequirementsMust-Have
* 2–4 years experience in media buying or performance marketing.
* Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* Solid analytical skills; confident with numbers, ROAS, CPA and data interpretation.
* Experience in GCC markets (Saudi/UAE preferred).
* Ability to handle budgets and scale campaigns responsibly.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Good to Have
* Experience in travel, tourism, or e-commerce.
* Familiarity with GA4, server-side tracking, and attribution tools.
* Basic creative editing (Canva, simple video edits).
* Arabic language is a plus but not required.
