Role Description

As part of our mission to back the most promising early-stage startups with Funding and Hands-on support, we are looking for a Senior Finance Project Manager to join our team in Casablanca.

This is a strategic role at the heart of our investment process, where She will play a critical role in evaluating potential investments, supporting due diligence, and tracking portfolio performance post-investment. From financial modeling to investment memos, from KPI tracking to performance analysis, her insights will help drive better decisions—both for the fund and the startups we support.

Qualifications

* Solid background in finance, accounting, or investment analysis, ideally with exposure to venture capital, private equity, or high-growth startups
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a deep understanding of financial modeling and startup metrics;
* Experience in preparing and reviewing budgets, financial statements, and investor reports;
* Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across startups and internal initiatives;
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with startup founders, investment teams, and external stakeholders;
* High attention to detail, paired with the ability to synthesize insights and communicate clearly;
* Fluent in French and English.
