Skill Check:

* BAC +5 / or equivalent.
* 5 years of seniority in the industry automotive
* Leadership & team management
* Communication skills (clear reporting and interaction with teams)
* KPI monitoring and follow-up
* Production process optimization
* Production scheduling & resource management
* Cross-Functional Collaboration (Working with maintenance, quality, and other departments)
* Capacity planning (adjusting production plans based on demand and resources)

* Handling shortages of materials, workers, or equipment.
* Fixing problems with product quality..

* Improving our process with new ways to make production better.
* Handling quality product issues & deep analysis
