Second Store Manager
The Second Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store under the responsability and hierarchy of the store manager. They ensure that the store meets its sales targets, maintains high customer service standards, and operates efficiently. The Second Store Manager leads and motivates a team of employees, ensuring effective collaboration and consistent execution of the company’s policies and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Leadership:
* Oversee the daily functions of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring the Store is clean and well-organized.
* Team Management:
* Lead, coach, and motivate the section’s staff to provide excellent customer service and meet productivity goals. Handle staffing, scheduling, and employee development.
* Sales and Profitability:
* Drive sales growth by implementing promotional strategies and upselling. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions to meet targets.
* Customer Service Excellence:
* Ensure high standards of customer service by resolving issues, responding to customer inquiries, and creating a welcoming shopping environment.
* Inventory Management:
* Manage stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records. Collaborate with the stockroom to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.
* Compliance and Safety:
* Ensure all company policies, procedures, and regulations are followed, including safety standards and loss prevention protocols.
* Reporting:
* Provide regular reports on section performance, sales figures, and staff development to the Store Manager.
* Collaboration:
* Work closely with other department managers and support teams to ensure the overall success of the store’s operations.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field .
