Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Scriptwriter to join our on-site team in Casablanca.

The Scriptwriter will be responsible for:

• Developing, writing, and editing scripts for various formats, including commercials, social media videos, and short films.

• Collaborating with the production and creative teams to understand project requirements.

• Creating engaging and compelling scripts tailored to different audiences and platforms.

• Writing primarily in Moroccan Darija (الدارجة المغربية) while adapting tone and language when needed in Arabic, French, or English.

• Revising content based on feedback and ensuring all scripts align with the project’s vision, tone, and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in scriptwriting, screenplays, and video scripting.

• Experience in video production and understanding of storytelling for visual media.

• Fluency in Moroccan Darija (الدارجة المغربية) — this is essential. Ability to capture local expressions, cultural nuances, and audience tone.

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. French and English are a plus.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines.
