Spika Tech is a CRM consultancy specialising in Salesforce and HubSpot implementations for scaling companies. We are a small, senior team who care about outcomes, not outputs. Our delivery centre in Morocco works directly alongside our UK team and our clients.

The Role

You will design and build Salesforce solutions that actually work for the businesses using them. This is not a ticket-taking role. You will be in front of clients, understanding their problems, and making architectural decisions you can defend.

What You'll Do

• Configure and customise Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) to meet business requirements

• Build using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow

• Design and deliver integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware

• Support data migration workstreams: mapping, transformation, validation, and UAT

• Translate business requirements into technical designs and document them properly

• Work directly with clients on discovery, solution walkthroughs, and testing

• Contribute to code reviews, deployment pipelines, and delivery standards

• Support and mentor junior team members

What You'll Need

Essential

• Minimum 3 years hands-on Salesforce implementation experience

• Strong Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flow

• Experience with declarative configuration: objects, fields, validation rules, security model, permission sets

• Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or equivalent demonstrable skill)

• Professional working English, written and spoken

• Ability to work directly with clients and explain technical decisions in plain language

• Professional to Fluent English

Desirable

• Additional Salesforce certifications

• Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes

• Experience with DevOps tooling (Gearset, Copado, or similar)

• Exposure to CI/CD and version control practices

• Experience in a consultancy environment
