Sales Specialist
We are looking for a commercially strong and proactive professional who will contribute to our growing logistics operations and business development activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop new customer relationships and generate business opportunities across different logistics services (transport overseas, warehousing, FVL)
• Lead sales and business development activities, including customer visits, commercial negotiations, account management, and new customer acquisition
• Coordinate and oversee all sales activities within the company, while identifying and developing new business opportunities and service areas
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial offers, ensuring profitability and competitiveness
• Analyze logistics, transport, warehousing, and overseas freight opportunities to support business growth
• Coordinate with operations teams, subcontractors, and logistics partners to ensure successful service delivery
• Monitor market trends, customer expectations, and competitive developments to support strategic growth
• Provide regular cross-functional reporting to management and contribute to the company's revenue and profitability targets
Required Qualifications
• University degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or related fields
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics, transport, freight forwarding, or sales operations
• Experience in finished vehicle logistics is highly preferred
• Existing customer portfolio/network is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of transport pricing and different logistics cost structures
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills
• Fluency in French is mandatory, while proficiency in English is preferred
• Strong commercial mindset and business development approach
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
