Job Description

IO Solutions Contact Center is seeking a results-driven and performance-oriented Sales Operations Manager to lead one of our sales-driven business lines in Casablanca. Reporting to the Operations and Account Director, this leader will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring targets are consistently achieved, and coaching Team Leaders to maximize revenue, productivity, and conversion rates. This role is ideal for a strong sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands KPI accountability, and knows how to build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities


* Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders to drive consistent sales performance
* Ensure teams meet and exceed revenue, conversion, and productivity targets
* Monitor daily sales KPIs and implement corrective action plans when needed
* Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement
* Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll validation, and attendance management
* Conduct performance reviews, sales calibrations, and quality monitoring sessions
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives in collaboration with HR and Training
* Participate in client meetings, business reviews, and performance discussions
* Implement sales strategies and process improvements to increase efficiency and results
* Ensure compliance with company policies and client expectations
* Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
* Proven leadership experience in a sales-driven contact center environment
* Strong coaching and performance management skills
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-performance environment
* Results-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated
