🎯 Your Role: Sales Manager

We’re looking for a results-driven, relationship-oriented Sales Manager to help us scale.

You’ll be responsible for leading B2B sales efforts, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through both existing clients and new business opportunities.

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company growth goals
* Manage and grow our portfolio of corporate, long-stay, and travel
* Build lasting relationships with key partners and companies
* Identify new opportunities and close high-value deals
* Track sales performance and report on KPIs
* Work closely with marketing, operations, and revenue teams
* Represent StayHere at events, meetings, and presentations

✅ What We’re Looking For
* 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in hospitality, travel, or real estate
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Driven, organized, and performance-focused
* Fluent in French and English (Arabic is a plus)
* Passion for hospitality, branding, and customer experience
