As our Sales Director, you will lead Brando’s commercial vision and build a strong, structured, high-performing sales function.
Your role is both strategic and hands-on: guiding the team, strengthening our offer in the market, and building partnerships that reflect Brando’s values and long-term vision.
You’ll work closely with the leadership team to translate Brando’s brand, expertise, and culture into clear commercial opportunities while ensuring we grow sustainably and intentionally.
Main Responsibilities:
* Define and execute Brando’s overall sales and acquisition strategy.
* Build, coach, and supervise the Sales Manager and Account Manager teams.
* Develop sales processes, standards, and tools to structure the department.
* Identify market opportunities and create strategic partnerships aligned with Brando’s positioning.
* Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align offers with market needs.
* Ensure revenue growth through high-value clients and long-term collaborations.
* Represent Brando in key meetings, events, and major negotiations.
* Report performance, forecasts, and insights to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in Sales and Sales operations
* Strong understanding of digital marketing services and the Moroccan market.
* Leadership mindset: inspiring, structured, empathetic, and driven by results.
* Ability to build processes, coach teams, and create clarity.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strategic thinker with a passion for authentic relationships and long-term partnerships.
* Fluent in French, Arabic, and English.
