Prozy Digital Solutions is a creative digital agency specializing in web design, UI/UX, WordPress development, branding, and digital experiences for business owners. We help our clients build strong online presences with tailored websites, maintenance plans, branding, and marketing strategies that generate leads and drive growth.

In addition to agency services, we are preparing to launch POSDrive, our SaaS platform for point-of-sale and inventory management, designed for small and medium-sized businesses in Morocco and beyond.

We are a growing team of designers, developers, and marketers, and we are looking for a talented Sales & Business Developer to play a key role in our growth and long-term success.


Role Description:


This is a remote, full-time role for a Sales & Business Developer. You will be responsible for:

* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities (locally and internationally).
* Prospecting, researching, and reaching out to potential clients.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Managing and tracking the sales pipeline.
* Developing and executing sales strategies with the marketing team.
* Preparing and delivering sales presentations.
* Negotiating and closing contracts.
* Supporting the team in sales operations to meet company targets.
* Assisting in the sales strategy for our SaaS product (POSDrive) during and after launch.


Qualifications:


* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in digital services, agencies, or SaaS.
* Customer service mindset and ability to manage long-term client relationships.
* Familiarity with market research tools and sales prospecting methods.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently, remotely, and with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Languages: Arabic, French, and English (required).
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
