Role Description The Research Staff role at ARKAD Plus is a full-time hybrid position based in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to perform some duties from home. The role involves designing and executing research activities, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing clear documentation of findings. The Research Staff member collaborates with project teams, contributes to the development of research methodologies, and supports the preparation of reports, presentations, and publications. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all research activities comply with relevant standards and procedures. The role also requires proactive problem-solving, continuous learning, and contributing to the improvement of ARKAD Plus research processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with experience in data collection, interpretation, and reporting.

• Proficiency in common office and productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and the ability to learn specialized research tools as needed.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare structured reports and present complex information clearly.

• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and independently with minimal supervision in a hybrid work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., science, engineering, social sciences, business, or related disciplines).

• Prior research, project support, or internship experience in an academic, industrial, or consulting environment is beneficial.
