Main Responsibilities

As an R&D Engineer in AI and Machine Learning, you will play a pivotal role in the development of high-performance AI solutions, applying technological breakthroughs to our products. You’ll be involved in applied research, documentation, and publications stemming from your work. Key responsibilities include:

* Research and Development: Actively participate in research efforts focused on machine learning and natural language processing (NLP), with a strong emphasis on using and adapting large language models (LLMs).
* Development and Implementation: Design and develop prototypes and initial implementations to integrate technological advances into our solutions.
* Algorithmic Skills: Analyze and optimize algorithms for AI applications, focusing on performance, efficiency, and adaptability.
* Data Manipulation and Analysis: Work with diverse datasets to extract relevant information, train models, and enhance prediction accuracy and reliability.
* Documentation and Publication: Write clear and thorough technical and scientific documentation for our AI solutions. Contribute to publications and reports that communicate team innovations and discoveries.

Required Skills

* Strong algorithmic skills and experience in data analysis.
* Solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning concepts.
* Experience using and customizing large language models (LLMs) for specific applications.
* Proficiency in programming languages and tools: Python, ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data science tools (Pandas, NumPy).
* Ability to document work thoroughly and produce scientific reports or publications.
* Curiosity, analytical mindset, and scientific rigor.
