Regulatory Reporting Officer

Role Overview:

Pay10 Morocco is currently seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Officer, responsible for overseeing the accuracy of regulatory reports submitted to Bank Al-

Maghrib, the Ministry of Finance, the General Directorate of Taxes, the GPBM, and any

other authority identified by the company.

The role is also in charge of monitoring and producing internal management indicators, while

ensuring the quality of data generated by the company’s information systems.

Additionally, responsible for the preparation, analysis, and submission of reports and

performance indicators to both the regulator and relevant internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

* Ensure the collection and centralization of all data necessary for the generation of
* regulatory reports.
* Review data consistency, analyse trends, and ensure overall data reliability.
* Identify and correct any anomalies in collaboration with the relevant departments
* within the company.
* Produce monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual regulatory statements, and
* respond to ad hoc requests for various types of statistics to be submitted to Bank Al-Maghrib.
* Verify the accuracy of the reports produced, in accordance with the standards and
* validation points established by the Central Bank, as well as in compliance with
* regulatory frameworks and the national chart of accounts (PCEC).• Submit the required reports within the prescribed deadlines and ensure their
* acceptance by the relevant departments at Bank Al-Maghrib. Also, review rejected
* submissions and make necessary corrections.
* Respond to inquiries from banking supervision authorities regarding the content of the submitted reports.
* Adhere to the reporting schedule established by the Monetary Authorities.
* Be able to justify the work carried out to various internal and external stakeholders (Management, Audit, Control, etc.).
* Manage the relationship with Bank Al-Maghrib, ensuring constant responsiveness and smooth communication with its representatives.
* Respond to their requests within a reasonable timeframe while maintaining the highest quality in all responses.
* Monitor regulatory developments, identify and analyse their impact on reporting, and implement necessary adjustments.
* Contribute to the stability and continuous improvement of the information system dedicated to regulatory reporting production.

Qualifications / Experience:

* Master's degree (BAC+5) in Finance and Accounting
* 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position
* Strong knowledge of banking accounting
* Solid understanding of Payment Institution regulations
* Excellent proficiency in using IT tools
* Advanced command of SAGE FRP 1000, SAGE 1000 Accounting, and SAGE BI
* Reporting solutions
