* Individual contributor role initially which will then develop into a Team Manager
* Projects – visits 1-2 times a week to a factory site of their customers
* Managing the P&L for different customers
* Handles back office tech side too
* Based in Morroco, Marrakesh office – initially onsite and then hybrid likely with just a couple of days in the office
Essentials:
* Need someone who has business unit management experience, understands the finance, technology, how to carry out the operations and can also supervise.
* They are responsible for operational management, so they will need understand the schedule of factories, when products are arriving at those factories, which chemists are testing them, understanding how to follow compliance such as ISO etc
* Must have English, French (ideal),
* Must have experience within Textile industry, or manufacturing textile industry
* Maybe worked with Adidas, Hermes, Zara
* All rounder, operations management and can develop his teams expertise – good with finance, P&L, back office, management, worked with brands, multicultural aspect
* Must be multicultural and understand the cultures of different countries in order to be able to support your teams in these countries, and customers etc
