We are now expanding our presence in Morocco and seeking a Recruiter to join our growing global team.
We are looking for a recruitment professional with 2–3 years of experience, preferably within a staffing or recruitment agency environment. Bilingual fluency in French and English is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
* Support hiring efforts across the United States, Morocco, Europe, and other global markets
* Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for a variety of roles and industries
* Utilize recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms to identify and engage talent
* Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
* Collaborate with internal teams to meet client and project requirements in a fast-paced environment
* Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
Requirements:
* 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing agency
* Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
* Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
* Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
