About the Role

We are looking for a Rebuild Specialist (Data Focus) to strengthen our rebuild operations through data-driven insights and process optimization. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing operational data, improving rebuild performance, and supporting decision-making across our network.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collect, structure, and analyze rebuild and component performance data.

• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor rebuild activities and KPIs.

• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across rebuild centers.

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to implement data-driven solutions.

• Support standardization and best practices across regions through data insights.

• Contribute to forecasting and planning of component rebuilds.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.

Profile Requirements:

• Engineering degree (Bac +5 or equivalent) in Industrial, Mechanical, or Data Engineering.

• Proven ability to analyze and interpret operational data.

• Strong command of data tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics software).

• Fluent in English and French.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about operational performance and innovation.
