GLOBAL MISSIONS :

Ensure transversal Quality governance :

• Act as the reference Quality authority for ATC management

• Ensure the interface with MEA plants (QPEL/QPE), project teams, Regional Quality, and ATC Engineering

• Monitor & manage ATC KPIs Quality

Prevent risks and recurrence :

• Integrate field feedback (Warranty, QFS, Field Actions) into Engineering practices

• Drive preventive actions and lessons learned capitalization ATC projects

• Lead the TWS MEA reduction and customer risk mitigation

Guarantee the ATC Quality Management System (QMS) :

• Deploy, maintain and continuously improve the ATC QMS in compliance with Stellantis and Group requirements

• Ensure process compliance and effective document control

• Lead QMS audits, corrective action plans, and QMS performance indicators

Additional Profile Requirements (Core Criteria) :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality

(additional experience in other functions is considered a plus)

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS / SMQ)

• Solid expertise in problem-solving methodologies, including:

• 8D

• 5 Whys

• Ishikawa (Fishbone)

• Root Cause Analysis

• Good command of tools:

• Power BI (PBI): intermediate to advanced level for data analysis and KPI monitoring
