Aeolon Renewable Energy Morocco is looking for a Quality Engineer – Customer & Process to join our Quality team and contribute to the manufacturing of world-class wind turbine blades.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and internal quality standards.
- Act as the primary interface for customer quality-related topics, including complaints, audits, and corrective actions.
- Lead root cause analysis using quality tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.) and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support new product introductions and process changes from a quality perspective.
- Analyze quality data, KPIs, and non-conformities to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Maintenance, and other departments to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with ISO quality management systems.
- Prepare quality reports and communicate performance to internal stakeholders and customers.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in customer quality management, process quality, or supplier quality is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and problem-solving tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan, APQP, MSA, 5 Why, Pareto, etc.).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001; knowledge of composite manufacturing or the renewable energy sector is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); French is an asset.
