Position: Proposals Coordinator (Entry-Level)

Location: Tangier, Morocco (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Moroccan Time)

Position Overview

Northern Portal is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposals Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a career in U.S. government contracting, business development, and proposal management.

No prior experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in the role.

What You Will Do
* Review and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and other solicitation documents.
* Assist in preparing proposal documents, forms, and supporting materials.
* Help organize proposal schedules, deadlines, and compliance checklists.
* Coordinate with team members to gather information required for proposal submissions.
* Ensure proposal packages follow client instructions and formatting requirements.
* Maintain proposal records, templates, and documentation.
* Track opportunities, amendments, and submission deadlines.
* Learn federal contracting processes, compliance requirements, and proposal best practices.

What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree (or currently completing a degree) in Business, Management, Logistics, English, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
* Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
